My Vision
With my website, my vision of success is to help one person know this: that the way to Health is through Prevention. It is an everyday process that we all need to do to be at the Optimum Health that we know we can have. If we start now and work with Body Mind and Spirit, then when one person helps another, we live in a better place for all.
I wrote this poem 30 years ago about the Earth, and it applies now more than ever.
No One Knows
I see a Tree, how long it Grows.....No One Knows
I see a Flower, how the colors it Blooms.....No One Knows
I see a Vine, how it Clings to one.....No One Knows
I see the Sun, it makes us Happy.....No One Knows
I see the Moon, so Far for us to reach.....No One Knows
But what I do know is ourselves as one to Love, That is what I see Forever More
