Optimum FOCUS Footbaths
I experienced a cleansing footbath at a meeting about Young Living theraputic grade essential oils. We each took a turn, soaking our feet for about 30 minutes. I felt very relaxed, although excited at the same time! We could see, for each one of us, the buildup of oxidation and toxins leaving our bodies through the feet. Once the bath was finished, our feet were washed and then we applied some essential oils. Heavenly! I felt fantastic for several days after the cleanse.
